1t <br />RESOLUTION N0. ~ v `~ <br />BY: Mr. L~~'~-ne~` RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ASSISTANT <br />TO THE CLERg OF THE CITY FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF MAKING SERVICE OF NOTICES. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY T~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That William F. Andrews be and he is hereby <br />appointed assistant to the Clerk of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, <br />for the sole purpose of serving the notices upon the owners of prop- <br />erty to be assessed in accordance with Resolution No. 25$$, passed <br />November 19, 1957, entitled "Resolution declaring it necessary t© <br />improve Gessner Road from Lorain Road to Walter Road, by construct- <br />ing and instilling a five foot concrete public sidewalk on both sides <br />thereof". <br />Section 2. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the public health, peace and safety <br />and to provide immediately for the serving of notices necessary in <br />connection with the improvement of a municipal street and shall take <br />effect i~unediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: December 17, 1957. <br />ATTEST: <br />M.
