RESOLUTION N0. Z ~o L BY: Mr. RESOLUTION DECLARING =LATENT TO APPROPRIATE PRQPERTY.FOR SITE AND ACCESS TO PROPOSED SEWAGE TREA'T'MENT PLANT. WHEREAS, this Council has heretofore determined. that it is necessary and advisable for the public health and safety to enlarge, improve ar~3. expand the sanitary sewage system of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, and. WHEREAS, this Council has accepted a Master Plan for sara.itary sewers, location of a sewage treatment. plant and appurtenances for the City as recommended by Floyd G. Browne and Associates, Consulting En- gi~a+eers, and WHEREAS, it is now necessary in the Qpinion~of this Council to procure a site for said sewage disposal plant and an access road thereto. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CI`PY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1 That it is deemed necessary and it is hereby declared t~entention of this Council to appropriate the fee simple interest in the tw° parcels of real estate hereinafter described;, for a site for a sewage treatment plant and access theret~t and far sn other purpose, provided however, that if the City of North 01mst, Ohio, should cease to use said property for such purpose, said property shall revert back to the Board of Park Commissioners of the Cleveland..
