<br />RESaLUTION N0. ,,~ ~~ ~ <br />BY : ~'. ~.~?~.,~ AN EMERGEliTCY RESOLUTION AFPROVI~iG 3PECIFICA- <br />TIONS A ~ PLAT FOB FURNIS~iING ~LEC2$IC STREET- <br />LIGHTIATG.SE~VICB IN THE CITY AND DIRECTING <br />THE DIRECT~t ~ PUB3.IC SEB~'ICE OF -THE CITY <br />TO ADVERTISE_ FC1R RIDS FQx ~'URNISI3ING SUGH <br />SERVICE. <br />WHEREAS, Specifications and Lamp Location Plat for an electric <br />street lighting system in the City of North. Olmsted, ahie, have been <br />prepared and are on file in the office of the Director of Public Service <br />of the City, and <br />WHEREAS., the public safety and welfare require the lighting of <br />the streets of the City as therein provided, and <br />WHEREAS, such lighting should be procured by contract. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, STATE 4F OHIO::. <br />Sectio,,,,,_n 1. That said Specifications and Lamp Location Plat <br />4A file in~ie office of the Director of Public Service of the City, <br />for furnishing electric street lighting service in the City, be and <br />the same are hereby approved. <br />Section 2. That the Director of ~P.lic Service of the City <br />be authorized-and directed to .advertise once a week for two consecutive <br />weeks in a newspaper of general circulation within the City, for bids <br />for furnishing electric street lighting service in accordance with said <br />Specifications and Lamp Location Flat. <br />Section 3.
