J~ <br />BY: Mr. _ _ RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SAFETY <br />~~~~ ~~ ~ DIRECTOR TO SELL PERSONAL PROPERTY <br />ND LONGER FIT OR NEEDED FOR <br />NNNICIPAL USE. <br />WHEREAS, the City owns a 1949 Nash Sedan heretofore <br />used by the Fire Department which is unnecessary and unfit for <br />further use by said department, and <br />WHEREAS, the Safety Director recommends to this <br />Council that said vehicle is na longer fit for use and that <br />it would be for the best interests of the City to sell the <br />same for junk. <br />NOW, TI~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED DY THE COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the 1949 Nash Bedan heretofore used <br />by the Fire Department now unnecessary and unfit for use for <br />municipal purposes, be sold by the Safety Director for such <br />price as he may be able to obtain for the same, for junk, as <br />authorized by Section 721.15 of the Revised Code of Ohio. <br />Section 2.
