RESOLUTION N0. ~,s~o , <br />BY : Mr. P~ <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE AUDITOR TO <br />FURNISH A CERTIFICATE OF THE E~iTIMATED <br />LIFE OR USEFL'L~~ESS OF THE IMPROVEMENT <br />OF CLAGUE ROAD FROM LORAIN ROAD TO MASTI.CK <br />ROAD, BY CONSTRUCTING AND INSTALLING A FIVE. <br />FOOT CONCRETE PUBLIC SIDENTALK ON BOTH SIDES <br />OF SAID CLAGUE ROAD. <br />WHEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing X44,4.00.00 of <br />bonds for the purpose of improving Clague Road from Lorain Road to <br />Mastick Road by constructing and installing a five foot concrete <br />public sidewalk on both sides of said Clague Road, in accordance <br />with the plans and specifications on file in the office of the City <br />Director of Public Service, and <br />WHEREAS, Sections 133.24 and 133.2 <br />Ohio, require the fiscal officer of the City <br />his estimated life of the property, asset or <br />acquired or constructed from the proceeds of <br />certify to this Council the maximum maturity <br />in accordance with the provisions of Section <br />L of the Revised Code of <br />to certify to this Council <br />improvement proposed to be <br />said bonds, and also to <br />of such bonds calculated <br />133.20, a rri <br />ti~1HEREAS, the City Auditor is the fiscal officer of this City <br />as defined by Section 133.01 of the Revised Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TffiE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: <br />That the Auditor of this City is hereby requested to certify <br />to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated life of such im- <br />provement and the maximum maturity of such bonds. <br />PASSED : ~~ ',~;a..t~ 1,~~..LZ • <br />ATTEST: '° r <br />.
