RESOLUTION N0. ~ J .3 <br />BY: Mr. _~s~-r.-i" RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE AUDITOR TO <br />FURNISH A CERTIFICATE OF THE ESTIMATED LIFE <br />OR USEFULNESS OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF KENNEDY <br />RIDGE FROM COLUMBIS ROAD TO BUTTERNUT RIDGE <br />ROAD, BY CONSTRUCTING THEREIN A ~dATER MAIN. <br />~:~,.: <br />WHEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing X50,$00.00 of bonds <br />for the purpose of improving Kennedy Ridge from Columbia Road to Butter- <br />nut Ridge Road, by constructing therein a water main, in accordance tirith <br />the plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Director <br />of Public Service, and <br />WHEREAS, Sections 133,21 and 133.21 of the Bruised Code of <br />Ohio, require the fiscal officer of the City to certify to this Council <br />his estimated life of the property, asset or improvement proposed to <br />be acquired of constructed from the proceeds of said bo wls, and also <br />to certify to this Council the maximum maturity of such bonds calcu- <br />lated in accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20, arid. <br />WHEREAS, the City Auditor is the fiscal officer of this City <br />as defined by Section 133.01 of the Revised Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO:: <br />That the Auditor of this City is hereby requested to certify <br />to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated life of such im- <br />provement and the maximum maturity of such bonds. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />~.o .___....._._. ~ 195? . <br />a <br />..,....._~__4_~ <br />"--, <br />E.
