CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 61 - <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHQRIZING AATD DII~CTING THE CAN~II,LATION OF <br />SPF,CIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMIT PARCEL ~~. 235-12 <br />DECD ROADS HEING AN ASSESSNJ~+iT FOR T~i$ P'A~lTION OF <br />DETAILED PLANS ADiD SPECIFICATIONS FOR A S OR SYST <br />FOR THE CITY OF Nt&tTH OLl'~TED, AND DP~CLARING AN ICY, <br />•' WHO, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor <br />of the City of North Ol~tsted, Ohio to the Auditor of Cuyahoga CouA.ty for <br />the preparation of detailed plans and specifications for a sewerage system <br />in. the City of North Olmsted Ohio, and <br />WH~EA,S, Edward J. and Therese Meszaros, have paid the sum of x$6.26, <br />in payment of said sewer planning assessments, in advances for the tax years <br />1961 through 1979 inclusive together with accrued interest levied thereon <br />a~,ainst Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-131 Decker Road in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THER'3RE, BE TT ORDAINID by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 1961 through 1979 inclusive, <br />assessments for the preparation of detailed plans and specifications for a <br />sewerage system which have been levied for the improvement of Deeker Road in <br />the City of North Olmsted by the installation of a sewerage system. <br />Section 2. That the Treasurer of the City of North Olmsted is <br />hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such sewer <br />planning assessments for the period 1961 through 1979 inclusive, amounting to <br />X4.54 per year or for a total of $86.26, on said parcel. <br />Section 3. That the Clerk is hereby directed to forward an attested <br />copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County Ohio. <br />Section 4. Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peaces health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, anal such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of making arrangements for the immediate cancellation of said <br />special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-131, levied for the prepare- <br />tion of detailed plans and specifications for a sewerage system in said eitys <br />together with interest thereon for the years 1961 through 1979 inclusive, have <br />been paid in full. <br />Section 5.
