Fahs, have paid the stun of X122.36, <br />in pay~aent of said special assessments, in advance, for the tit years 19bO <br />through 1979 inclusive together with accrued interest levied thers~ against <br />Permanent Parcel No. 2,3~-12-1-7.2'9~wX'!0, Decker Road in the City of North Qed. <br />N04~T, T~~i.EFOftE, BE IT ORDAINED 3~r the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Uhios <br />Section 1. That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorised and directed to cancel for the years 1960 thre~tgh 1979 inclusive, <br />assessments for the preparation of detailed plans and specifications for a <br />sewerage system which have bean levied for the improvement of Hecker Road in <br />the City of North Qlmsted by the installation of a sewerage system. <br />Section 2. That the Treasurer of the City of North 0lmstsd is <br />hereby authorised and directed to receive payment ixi advance on such asaessn~ents <br />for the period 1960 through 1979 inclusive, amounting to X122.36 on said parcel. <br />Section 3. That the Clerk is hereby directed to forward an attested <br />Dopy of this Qrdinanoe to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section !~, Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public pesos, health <br />and welfare of the City of North 0lmsted, and such emergency e~ctsts by virtue <br />of the necessity of making arrangements for the immediate cancellation oP said <br />special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-128-129-130, levied for the <br />preparation of detailed plans and specifications for a sewerage stem in said <br />city, together with interest thereon for the years 1960 through 1979 inclusive, <br />have been paid ixi full. <br />Section ~.
