SECTION 2: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health and safety; such necessity exists by reason of the fact that snow and sleet storms may soon create hazardous conditions on these roads, in consequence whereof great public inconvenience would be suffered and public travel endangered and delayed. SECTION 3: That the Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed to furnish to the Hoard of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, a certified copy of this Ordinance immediately upon the taking effect thereof.
