CITY OF NORT~I OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 62 --/.S <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION' ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION SWEETBRIAR <br />DRIVE IN SWEETBRIAR SUBi)IVISION, AND DECLARING <br />AN EAtiiERGENCY <br />WH:BREAS, the City Engineer has reported to <br />the Council that Sweetbriar Drive in Sweetbriar Subdivision <br />has been completed in accordance with the plans and spe+~ifi- <br />cations filed with the City of North Olmsted at the tune when <br />the plat and improvement plans for said Subdivision were <br />accepted for recording purposes only except for certain side- <br />walks for which a surety bond has been posted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That this Council does hereby accept <br />for dedication Sweetbriar Drive in Sweetbriar Subdivision. <br />Section 2: That the surety bond heretofore posted <br />to assure the installation of sidewalks be retained. <br />Section 3: That this Resolution is hereby de- <br />termined to be an emergency measure necessary for the preserva- <br />tion of the public health, safety and welfare, such emergency <br />existing by virtue of the necessity of fixinE the responsibility <br />of the City for the safety, maintenance and arotection of the <br />street involved; ~~-IEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its oassage, otherwise, at the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />v~y-6 <br />~~~ ~ i o - ~ -~ ~~ <br />PASSED : ~ . /~ 1 r~ ~ <br />~~ i -~'. <br />Bruce MacDonald, resident <br />of Council <br />ATTESTf: <br />~., uise Hall, Clerk o Council <br />APPi2~0VED: <br />Paul J.
