CITY OF NORTH 0lM5TE0 <br />OR01 NANCE N0. ~~' /io2 ~j <br />..~~ <br />Ak~'~pNCE AU"MORI ti NG ANO 01 RECtI N6 THE CANCELGATt ON <br />OF SPECIAL ASS~SSIITS 0~1 PERlM~NT PARCEL N0. 231-5-16 <br />23556 MARION AVE. , BEIN6 AN ASSESSMENT fOti PREPARATION OF SANITARY <br />SEWER PLANS AMD SPECIFICATIONS. <br />, AND DECLARING AN EMER&ENCY. <br />WH~i:EAS, special assessaner+ts have been certf f i eel by the <br />Auditor of the City of North tllmstbd, Ohio; to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of sanitary sewer plans and specifications. <br />WHEREAS, Melvin and Mary Speidel of 23556 Marion Ave. <br />have ~sid the sum of $ 57.24 1n ~ayabent of said special assess+aants, in <br />advance, for tMs tax years 19 62 throw 19 79 ,incisive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 231-5-16 , <br />in the Cfty of North Olmsted, <br />NOW, THEREfORf, BE IT OROAINEO by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 62 throw 19 79 , <br />inclusive, assessments in full for preparation of sanitary sewer plans <br />and specifications. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North <br />Olmsted is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on <br />such assessments for the period 19 62 through 19 79 , inclusive, mounting to <br />$ 57.24 on said parcel, <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to <br />forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />health and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by <br />virtue of the necessity of ceneeilin~ the special assessments on Permanent <br />Parcel No. 231-5-16 ,for preparation of sanitary sewer plans and <br />specifications. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect ia~diately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period aliebwed by law. <br />PAS S EO :.,~, - ~~"` ~ <br />,1f.
