AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WH~EAS, special assessments have been certified by the <br />Audi tot' of th• City of North Olmsted, ~fo, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of sanitary sewer plans and specifications. <br />WHEREAS, Louis R. and Ann T. Martinka of 3883 Colu~ia Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 109.80 in payment of said special •ssess~ents, in <br />advance, for the tax years 19 62 through 19 79 , incisive, toge~er with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 231-38-4 , <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 52 through 19 79 , <br />inclusive, assessments in full for preparation of sanitary s~n-er plans <br />and specifications. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North <br />Olmsted is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance. on <br />such assessments for the period 19 62 through 19 7;~ inclusive, amounting to <br />$ 10~r$0 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to <br />forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of t`byahoga County, <br />Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the. public peace, <br />health and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such a~ergency exists by <br />virtue of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments.e~n Permanent <br />Parcel No. 231-38-4 ,for preparation of sanitary sewer plans and <br />specifications. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage,. otherwise, at the earliest period aitdwed by law. <br />PASSED: .- ~.-~~~ <br />ATTEST:. <br />ou se Hall, Clerk of Council <br />weeenuen. <br />ry ~ <br />res dent of Counci l P roTem <br />Ralph E.
