P~RNANENT PARCEL N0, 235-14-36 <br />5963 SOUTH PORTER ROAD DflN6 AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARATION OF SANITARY <br />SEWER PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. <br />AND DE~LARIN6 AN EMi~ltDfNLY. <br />WHEREAS, spe~iei assessr~ts have been certified by the <br />Auditor of the City t~f North Otm~ted Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of sanitary sewer plans and specifications.. <br />WHEREAS., George and ,Jeanne Clymer of 5973 South Porter Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 65.52 in payment of said spacial •ssessa~ts, in <br />advance, for the tax years 19 62 thra+gh 19 79 , i nci si vs, toget~ter with <br />accrued i ntereist lavi er! thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 235-14-36 , <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, 6E IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 62 throw lg 79 , <br />inclusive, assessments in full for preparation of sanitary sewer plans and <br />specifications. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North <br />Olmsted is hereby-authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on <br />such assessments for the period 19 62 through 19 79 , inclusive, amounting to <br />$ 65.52 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clark of the Council is hereby directed to <br />forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Ck+yehoga County, <br />Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordi Hance i s hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />health and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, end such emergency exists by <br />virtue of the necessity of cancaiiing the special assessm~ts on Permanent <br />Parcel No. 235-14-3b ,for preparation of sanitary sewer plans and <br />specifications. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period alimwed by law. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />Louise Halt, Clerk of Council <br />President of Council Pro Te <br />Ralph E.
