CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION No. 62 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCE~'TING .~I~-LE I~VATER MAIN EASEMENT <br />IN PROPOSED COLU'~,iBIA LAND DEVELOPIviENT CO!=iPANY <br />SUF:3DIVISIiJN No. 1 IN WEST VIE~v DRIVE, ARLINGTON <br />LANE and RANhALL DRIVE. <br />WHEREAS, Council has heretofore approved the <br />proposed Columbia Land ~Jevelopment Company Subdivision No. 1 <br />including proposed Westview Drive, Arlington Lane and Randall <br />Drive; and <br />WHE~2EAS, the City of Cleveland, before in- <br />stalling water mains, requires that the developer convey an <br />easement to the city of North Olmsted ire the proposed street <br />or streets in which water mains will run. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVET~ by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council does hereby accept an <br />easement from Columbia Land 13evelopment Company for the land <br />in Subdivision No. 1 generally described as tnTestview drive, <br />Arlington Lane and Randall Drive, proposed, which land is de- <br />scribed by metes and bounds in an easement from the Columbia <br />Land 'development Company to the City of North ~~lmsted.
