CITY OF NORTH OLNISTED <br />RESOLUTION No. b2 ~~~._ <br />,~y ~~ -Z~ <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WATER MAIN <br />EASEMENT IN PROPOSED SOUTH RI?"iGE DRIVE, <br />LYNHAVEN DRIVE, GAREAU DRIVE, SHERWOOD <br />DRIVE, FOREST RIDGE DRIVE AND WINDSOR <br />DRIVE IN THE 50UTH .RIDGE HOMES SUA- <br />DIVISION. <br />WHEE2EAS, Council has heretofore approved <br />the proposed development of South Ridge Homes Subdivision <br />in which are located South Ridge T)rive, Lynhaven Drive, <br />Gareau ?)rive, Sherwood Drive, Forest Ridge Drive and Windsor <br />Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City <br />accept an easement over said streets for the purpose of per- <br />mitting the installation and maintenance of water mains <br />therein. <br />NOVU, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the <br />Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council does hereby accept <br />an easement from Saul S. Hiskind for the installation and <br />maintenance of water mains in proposed South Ridge Drive, <br />Lynhaven Drive, Gareau ?give, Sherwood Drive, Forest Ridge <br />Drive and Windsor Drive in the South Ridge Homes proposed <br />Subdivision which has 'peen heretofore approved. The entire <br />cost of said installation of water mains and appurtenances <br />thereto within the premises described in said easement <br />shall be at the cost of the developer, Saul S.
