e~ ~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION No. 62' <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUF3LTC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />THE FURNISHING OF A BACK HOE WITH FRONT <br />END LOADER, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Director of Public Service be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the <br />furnishing of one Industrial Tractor equipped as a baek hoe <br />with front end loader in accordance with the detailed <br />specifications on file in the office of the Director of <br />Public Service. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure by virtue of the fact that the above <br />equipment is essential to the maintenance of the streets and <br />ditches of the City. <br />Section 3: WHEREFORE, <br />effect immediately from and after <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~'/ /~ ~~~ <br />this Resolution shall take <br />passage, otherwise, at the <br />Bruce MacDonald, President <br />of Council <br />ATTEST: <br />.~- <br />ouise Hall, Clerk o Council <br />APPROVED: <br />Paul J.
