CITY OF NORTH OLMSTET) <br />RESOLUTION No. 62 ~--~~ <br />a. ~ ~,_ L <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />FINANCE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR AN <br />ELECTRIC ACCOUNTING MACHINE, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section is That the Director of Finance be and <br />he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for an <br />electric accounting machine in accordance with the <br />specifications on file in the office of the Director of <br />Finance. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby <br />declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the <br />preservation of the public safety and welfare by virtue <br />of the fact that the above equipment is necessary to the <br />efficient operation of the Finance Department of the City. <br />Section 3: WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take <br />effect immediately from and after passage, otherwise, at the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />(~~ <br />PASSED: ~~ ~~~~~ a`Z, <br />Bruce MacDonald, President <br />of Council <br />ATTEST: <br />ouise Hall, Clerk o council <br />APPROVED: <br />Paul J. a eau, ayor <br />~¢~z-tom <br />
