A~iSP$ItM~'!"$ QH P~ERIW1Ni»NT PARCEL N0. 232-10-40 <br />5174 PORTER ROAD , BEING AN AtSE19tS1~4ENT FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR A SANITARY SEWAGE SYSTEM. <br />ANO DECLARiNB AN EMB1~$NCY. <br />WH~AS, special assests,have been certified by the <br />Auditor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the Preparation of plans and specifications for a sanitary sewage <br />system. <br />WHERE, Mary A. Bennett df 5174 Porter Road <br />have paid the sun of $ $g,g2 in p~-ymant of said special assests, in <br />advance, for the tax years 19 62 throw 19 79 , incisive, togter wl th <br />accrued interest levied thereon .against Permanent Parcel No. 233-10-40 , <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOWT THEREFORE BE iT ORDAINED by the Councii of the City of <br />North Olmstedi State of Rio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 62 throw 19 79 , <br />inclusive, assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications <br />for a sanitary sewage system. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North <br />Olmsted is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on <br />such assessments for the period i9 62 through 19 79 , inclusive, amounting to <br />$ 88.92 on said parcel. <br />.Section 3: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to <br />forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of fiayahoga County, <br />Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public p-eecs, <br />health and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emerg~wcy exists by <br />virtue of the necessity of cancelling the special assessaa~ts on Rermanent <br />Parcel No. 232-10-40 ,for preparation of plans and specifications for <br />a sanitary sewage system. <br />Section S: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect im~aediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period aliewed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />Bruce MacOonetd, Pres der+t of Council <br />ATTEST: <br />Louise Hall, Clerk of Counc <br />APPROVED: <br />~`' <br />Paul J.
