CIT'Y OF NORTH OLMSTID <br />RESOLUTION N0. <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE NECESSITY OF <br />INSTALLING A SANITARY SEWER CONNECTION TO <br />? SERVE THE PRF.,NLCSES ON PERNfANENT PARCEL <br />N0. 234-21-1 IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North 0lmsted, Cuyahoga County, <br />. Ohio; Section la That it is hereby declared necessaxy as a sanitary regulation <br />that a sanitary sewer connection be installed to serve the premises at 6041 <br />Stearns Road identified on the County Auditor's tax map as Permanent Parcel <br />No. 234_21-1. <br />Section 2. That the owner of such parcel shall install such sanitary sewer <br />connection within a period of thirty d.a,ys after service of notice of the passage <br />of this resolution; and, if such installation shall not be completed within such <br />period of thirty days, then this Council shall have the same done and the entire <br />cost thereof shall be assessed upon such property and made a lien thereon, to be <br />collected in the manner provided by law, with pena,lty and interest as provided <br />by law. <br />Section 3. That the C1erk of this Council is directed to cause a written <br />notice of the passage of this resolution to be served on the owner of such property <br />as required by la,w. . <br />Section 4. That this resol.ution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health <br />and safety by virtue of the need for the immediate installation of such sanitary <br />sewer connection is necessary to protect the health of the inhabitants of this <br />City; wherefore, this resolution sha1.l be in full force and effect from a.nd im- <br />mediately after its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED : <br />ATTEST: ? <br />,?C..._?-_?_?' ,.? ?? .c''(; <br />Nora T.
