CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 6$-120 <br />; <br />1 <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A M DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON CERTAIN PERMANENT PARCELS <br />BEIN6 AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY <br />SEWER LATERAL, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance Directol' <br />Rof the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a sanitary sewer laterale <br />WHEREAS, the following persons have paid in full the future payments for <br />special assessments on certain parcels as set forth below: <br />? Parcel Number <br />. <br />237-21-37 <br />231-9-9 <br />Name? <br />Mr. and Mrs. Link, 4749 Georgette <br />Mr. and Mrs. Krupp, 23078 Alexander <br />$638.18 <br />$682.38 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1, That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 1968 through 1984, inclusive <br />assessments in full for construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />Section 2. That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />its hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such assessments <br />on said parcels. <br />Section 3. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4. Wherefore, this Ordiance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and <br />welfare'pf the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of the <br />necessi-ty of cancelling the special assessments on certain permanent parcels for <br />the construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />Section 5. Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />- ATTEST: ?
