CITY OF NORTfi OLMSTED RESOLUTION No.---m By /?•??.CJ A RESOLUTSON DECLARING IT NECESSARY TO IMPROVE CERTAIN STREETS AND PUBLIC EASEMENTS BY CON- STRUCTING SANTTARY SELqERS, SEWER CURB CONNEC- TIONS AND TIECESSARY APPURTENANCES, INCLUDING NECESSARY STREET RESURFACING AND RESTORATION OF DRAINAGE FACILITIES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. ? BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Cuya- hoga County, Ohio: Section 1. That it is necessary to improve the followin{; streets and public easements within the City of North Olmsted by constructing sani- ? tary sewers, sewer curb connections and necessary appurtenances, including necessary street resurfacing and restoration of drainage facilities: a. Porter Road from a point 548 feet northwestly of Martin Drive, thence southeasterly 548 feet to Martin Drive; , b. Martin Drive from Porter Road to a point 560 feet south of Jenkins Road; c. j Jenkins Road from Martin Drive westerly 485 feet, thence southerly and westerly in a public easement 559 feet to Lansing Drive; d. Lansirg Drive from a point 880 feet north of Oring Road, thence southerly 2726 feet to North Park Drive; e. North Park Drive from Lansing Drive westerly 439 feet, thence southerly in a public easement 282 feet to the junetion manhole adjacent to tYie existing se-viage treatment plant now serving the Sherwood Estates Divi- sion; f. Oring Road from Lansing Drive easterly 931 feet to an existing manhole on the existing sewer from the North Park Estates Subdivision. Said sewers are of the sizes shown on the plans of the Consulting Engineer for the City, hereinafter referred to,and comprise q sewage collection sys- tem to be connected into a trunk sewer to be constructed in public ease- ments and running from a point in Porter Road 548 feet northwesterly of Martin Drive northerly and easterly approximately 4728 feet to the Dover Center Lift Station. Such trunk sewer is to be paid for by the City and is not to be assessed. Section 2. It is hereby determined and declared that said improve- ment is conducive to the publie health, convenience and welfare of said City and the inhabitants thereof. Council further finds and determines that said Q streets and easements, or parts thereof, to be improved are so situated in relation to each other that in order to complete the improvement thereof in the most practical and economical manner, they shall be improved at the same time, with the same kind of material.s and in the same manner, this determina- tion being made pursuant to Revised Code Section 727.09. Section 3. That the grade of said streets, easements and improve- ment shal], be the grade as shown by the plans and profiles which have been prepared by the City's Consulting Engineers and which are made a part hereof.
