CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NOo 68-83 <br /> <br />BY ?-- <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT THE GRANT FROM <br />FEDERAL WATER POLLUTION AGENCY UNDER WPC-OHIO-362 BY THE <br />R EXECUTION OF PART A- FORM FWPCA-8a OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, author- <br />ized the Mayor to file an application with the Federal Water Pollution <br />Control Agency under Public Law 660 for a grant in connection with addi- <br />tions to the sanitary sewerage system, and <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Water Pollution Control Agency has tendered <br />an offer of a Federal Grant i n the amount of 2z8', 900.00 under WPC- <br />? Ohio-362, dated <br />71 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE I T RESOLVED by the Counci 1 of the Ci ty of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio: <br />SECTION 1 f , <br />That <br />directed on <br />of a Federal <br />dated y1 g? <br />forth i n tha <br />Acceptance." <br />Ralph E.
