? _. <br />y. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 67- 195 <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE N0. 61- <br />156 ENACTED AUGUST 15, 1961, AS IT AMENDED ORDINANCE <br />N0. 61-110 ENACTED MAY 16, 1961, AS IT AMENDED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 3159 ENACTED NOVEMBER 15, 1960, SUB- <br />SECTION A AND SUBSECTION B OF SECTION 3 OF SAID <br />ORDINANCE, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCEESTABLISHING RATES <br />TO BE CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE OF THE MUNICIPAL <br />SANITARY SEWERAGE SYSTEM UTILITY IN THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, ATdD REPEALING ORDINANCE 2867, ENACTED JUNE <br />25, 1959, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 61-156 enacted <br />August 15, 1961, as it amentled Ordinance No. 61-110 enacted May 16, <br />1961, as it amended Ordinance,No. 3159 enacted November 15, 1960, <br />subsection A and subsection B of Section 3 of said Ordinance entitled <br />"An Ordinance establishing rates to be charged for the service of <br />the municipal sanitary sewerage system utility in the City of North <br />Olmsted, and Declaring an Emergency", presently reading as follows: <br />"Section 3: <br />Sub-Section a: For premises supplied by metered public <br />water supply, the following rates shall apply to be <br />computed on the basis of water consumption as measured <br />by such water meter, to-wit: $4.93 for the first 1000 <br />cubic feet or any portion thereof of water consumed <br />per quarter, and at the rate of $4.93 per each 1000 <br />cubic feet of water consumed thereafter, but not less <br />than $4:93 per quarter. In addition thereto there shall <br />be paid .25 per billing for each quarterly billing made <br />by the City of Cleveland Water Department to the premises <br />being supplied by metered public water supply. For late <br />payment beyond the due date of sa3d billings such rates <br />shall be increased .25 per quarter as a penalty for <br />late payment. , <br />Sub-Section b: For premises supplied, other than by a <br />metered public water supply, there shall be charged a flat <br />rate of $5.79 permonth provided that for prompt payment <br />of such billing, whendue, by the City of North Olmsted, <br />such rate sha11 be reduced to $5.71 per month. <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 3: <br />?
