CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64-2Q y <br />BY - <br />A RESQLUTION AUTHOItiZING THE DIREG'TOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY TO ADNERTI3E FOR BIDB <br />FOR CONCRETE PIPE OR CORRUGATED IRON PIPE AS SET <br />FORTH IN THE SPECIFICATIONS NOW ON FILE IN HIS <br />OFFICE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />0 BE IT RESOLUED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Director of Public Setvice and Public <br />Safety be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for ooncrete pipe <br />or convqated imn pipe of various lenqths, widths, and type acvording to the <br />specifications naw on file in his office. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is herby declared to <br />be an emergency measure necessary for the public peace, safety and welfare <br />of the City of Nocth Olmsted by virtue of the fact that the pipe referred <br />to above is urqently needed for the Notth Olmsted sewer system, WHEREFORE, <br />this resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, <br />othenn?ise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: 1 ?.?,?,?.) 64 <br />Francis T.
