NANCE N0. `4 <br />BY ? <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORtZfNG AND DlRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0.237-4_21 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />• WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />WHEREAS, Al Va y 0 f 4206 Coe Ave. <br />have paid the sum of ? 9Z.50 in payment of said special assessments, in <br />advance, for the tax years 1965 through 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No.237-4-21 <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE (T ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l; That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 65 through 1979, inclusive <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of gorth Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such assessmients <br />for the period 19 65 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to $ $2.50 on <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Cterk of Council is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohlo. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue pf <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No.237-4-21 <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately from <br />and aft r its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASS ED: <br />ATT ES T: <br />? •?. <br />Clerk of Council <br />,. <br />/ <br />Francis J. 0'Ne' 1, President <br />?
