J-Y't <br />RN OR INANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0.235-13-81 & 82 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS F'OR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance <br />Director of the City of North Oimsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />. for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />WHEREAS, Robert & Edith Schmieler of 5816 Porter Road <br />Mave paid the sum of $ 66.00 in payment of said special assessments, in <br />advance, for the tax years 19'65 through 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No.235-13-81 & 82 <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section I; That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 65 through 1979, tnclulive <br />assessments in fuli for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitafy <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmstsd <br />ts hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such asse!lmerlto <br />for the period 19 65 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to $ 66.00 on <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3; That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward on <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Oimsted, and such emergency exists by vfrtue of <br />the necessity of cancelling the sp;?cial assessments on Permanent Parcel No.235-13-81& 82 <br />for preparation oF plans and spet.ifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, *_his Ordinance shall take effect immediateir from <br />and after i passaye, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by lew <br />PASS ED: <br />? <br />ATT ES T: <br />C _ <br />X)arl j , Cl erk <br />• APPROV ED: <br />- ? <br />Ralph E.
