<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64- 13 <br />BY "ALVIA.- <br />0 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WATER MAIN EASEMENT <br />FROM THE WESTERLY TERMINUS OF CLARESHIRE DRNE <br />WEST TO THE INTERSECTION OF GREAT NORTHERN <br />BOULEVARD AND COUNTRY CLUB BOULEVARD, IN THE <br />? CITY OF NORTH OLMSTEA, OHIO, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and Council have <br />heretofore approved the water main runninq from the westerly terminus <br />of Clareshire Drive west to the intersection of Great Northern Boulevard <br />and Country Club Boulevard, in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, and <br />. <br />t? WHEREAS, the City of Cleveland, before installing water <br />maina, requires that the developer convey an easement to the City of <br />North Olmsted in the proposed street in which water mains will be run. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council does hereby accept an <br />easement from Sidney Shur, Sol Shur and Saul S. Biskand for the land <br />necessary to install a water line from the westerly terminus of Clareshire <br />Drlve west to the intersection of Great Northern Boulevard and Country <br />Club Boulevard, in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, which land is <br />descrlbed on a plan to be recorded with the Cuyahoga County Recorder, and <br />which easement is deeded to the City of Notth Olmsted. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is determined to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />public peace, safety, health and welfare by virtue of the urqent necessity <br />to permit the construction of a department store and'commercial enterprises <br />in the City of North Olmsted, and this Resolution shall, therefore, qo into <br />immediate effect upon the passage thereof. <br />PASSED: <br />i I <br />Francis J.
