AMFNDING ORDINANCE NO. 61-100 ENACTED <br />MAY 16, 1961, A.S AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 62-129, <br />ENACTED jliLY 10, 1962, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. <br />64-38 ENACTED FFBRUARY 18, 1964, FIXTING COMPENSATION <br />• UF CLERK OF COUNCTL, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />? <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, ' <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That Section 1 of Ord nance No. 61-100, enacted <br />May 16, 1961, and amended by Ordinance No. 62-129, enacted July 10, 1962, <br />as amended by Ordinance No. 64-37, enacted February 18, 1964, reading as <br />follows: <br />"Effective Fehruary 18, 1964, the Director of Finance <br />be and is hereby directed and authorized to pay to <br />the Clerk of Council the sum of $150.00 per month and <br />• each month thereafter for the services performed by <br />said Clerk of Council which shall be those services <br />required to be performed by the Clerk of Council <br />under the charter of the City and for those services <br />as from time to time are determined to be necessary <br />to be performed by the Clerk of Council and which at <br />this time include as heretofore determined by Council, <br />the necessity of preparing a list of names and <br />. addresses of all property owners to be assessed for <br />a portion of the sanitary sewerage system now in the <br />process of construction, and the names and addresses <br />of such ownecs of lands as are necessary for the <br />service of all notices required by law to be made in <br />perfecting assessments for improvements authorized <br />by Council.
