CITY OF N08TH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64-? • <br />BY ?_ . <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING, FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY, <br />THE PLAT OF WELSCH SUBDIVISION, PROPOSED, <br />PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS SUBLOTS 31 to 34 IIJCLUSNE IN <br />LEELAND SUBDNISION NO. 3, AND DECLAFdIJG AN <br />EMERGEN CY. <br />WHEREAS, by virtue of Ordinance 2474, enacted April 23, 1957, <br />the Council of the City of North Olmsted, approved for record purposes only <br />Leeland Subdivision No. 3, and <br />WHEREAS, the developer C& K Builders, Inc., the developer <br />of Leeland Subdivision No. 3 did not erect homes or install improvements in <br />said subdivision, and <br />WHEREAS, Sublots 31 to 34 inclusive have been purchased <br />and are being developed by George and Rita Welsch who are renumbering said <br />sublots 31 to 34 inclusive in the Leeland Subdivision INo. 3 into sublots <br />1 to 12 inclusive in the Welsch Subdivision, and <br />• <br />WHEREAS, the plat of Welsch Subdivision, proposed, has <br />heretofore been filed with the Planning Commission and approved by it; and <br />WHEREAS, said plat of Welsch Subdivision includes twelve <br />sublots and the southerly portion of one street known as West 230th Btreet; <br />and <br />• WHEREAS, Council has been advised by the City Enqinei.r <br />that said plat meets all the requirements of the Ordinances and Resolutions <br />of this City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Nocth Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That this Council hereby determines that the plat of <br />Welsch Subdivision, proposed, meets all of the requirements of the Ordinances <br />and Resolutions of the City of North Olmsted, and, therefore, approves said <br />plat, for record purposes only. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby determined to be an <br />? emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety <br />and welfare and that such emergency exists by virtue of the fact that it is <br />essential that the orderly development of the City be permitted to proceed at <br />the earliest possible date; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period <br />allowed by law. <br />PASSED:? <br />Francis J.
