CHRISTMAN, AND THE <br />SUPERIIVTEN DAIVT OF OPERATIONS OF THE N0RTH OLMSTED <br />MUIVICIPAL BUS LINES , CHARLF.S BEST, TO SIGN CHECKS <br />OIV ACCOUNT NO. 40-62-110 ENTITLED THE NORTH OLMSTED <br />MUNICIPAL BUS LIIVE ACCOUNT ON DEPOSIT AT THE NATIONAL <br />CITY BANK OF CLEVELAND , NORTH OLMSTED OFFICE, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGEIVCY. <br />WHEREAS, Account No. 40-62-110 of the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Lines on deposit at the National City Bank of Cleveland, <br />North Olmsted Office, requires checks to be drawn upun it for the operation <br />of the Municipal Bus Lines , and <br />WHEREAS, the rules and regulations of thE, National City Bank <br />of Cleveland, North Olmsted Office , requires that Council authorize the <br />Mayor, Ralph E. Christman and the Superintendant of the Bus Lines, Charles <br />Best to sign all checks on account no. 40-62-110. <br />• <br />0 <br />L? <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That this Council does and hereby authorize <br />the May or of the City of North Olmsted, Ralph E. Christman and the <br />Superintendant of Operations of theNorth Olmsted Municipal Bus Lines, <br />Charles Best, as the persons authorized to sign checks on account number <br />40-62-110 on deposit with the National City Bank of Cleveland, North Olmsted <br />Office. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that i± is necessary that <br />checks be drawn immediately upon the above account and that the rules and <br />regulations of the National City Bank of Cleveland, North Olmsted Office, <br />prohibit any checks being drawn against the above account unless authorized <br />by Council; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by <br />1 aw . <br />PASSED: <br />ATTE ST: <br />, <br />? <br />? <br />Francis J.
