y <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 78- / ,f/ <br />BY: ?_ <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY THE STATE WHOLESALE <br />SUBDIVISION IN TfIE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />? <br />Wf-IEREAS, the State Wholesale Company Subdivision was approved by the <br />Planning Commission on November 28, 1978, and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision includes the assembly of three lots into <br />one lot, namely, Permanent Parcel Nwnbers 232-26-8, 232-26-14, and 232-26-15, <br />located on the north side of Lorain Road between Sparky Lane and Silverdale <br />Road. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TI-IE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council, having been advised of the approval of <br />the Planning Corrnnission of the State Wholesale Company Subdivision, which <br />includes the assembly of three lots into one lot, namely, Permanent Parcel <br />NLUnbers 232-26-81 232-26-14, and 232-26-15, located on the north side of Lorain <br />Road between Sparky Lane and Silverdale Road, and also having been advised by <br />the City Fngineer that it meets the requirements of the Resolutions and Ordinances <br />of the City of North 0lmsted, Ohio, hereby approves said Subdivision for recording <br />purposes only. <br />SECTTON 2: That upon the effective date of this Resolution the City <br />Engineer ls ere y directed to cause said Subdivision plat to be recorded accord- <br />ing to law. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after t e earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />4 <br />F NCE CAMPBEL , C OF COUNCIL <br />. <br />H.
