ORDINANCE N0. 78- <br />BY: <br />AN ORD NANCE AMENDING SECTION 163.03 <br />OF CHAPTER 163 ENTITLED "DEPARTMENT <br />OF HUMAN RESOURCES" OF THE CODIFIED <br />ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Section 163.03 of Chapter 163 entitled <br />"Department of Human Resources" of the Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted, which now reads as follows: <br />"Section 163.03 SALARIES OF DIRECTOR AND EMPLOYEES <br />(a) The salary of the Director shall range between $11,000.00 and <br />$18,000.00 per year. The specific salary within that range shall be <br />determined by the Mayor. The salary herein sha11 be retroactive <br />to January l, 1977. <br />(b) The Salary of the Assistant Director shall range between <br />$6,500.00 and $8,500.00 per year. <br />(c) The salary of the Secretary shall range between $5,000.00 and <br />$7,500.00 per year." <br />be and the same is hereby amended and as amended shall read as follows: <br />"Section 163.03 SALARIES OF DIRECTOR AND EMPLOYEES <br />(a) The salary of the Director shall range between $11,000.00 and <br />$18,000.00 per year.
