<br />BY: <br />TV, <br />WI-EREAS, the Ashland Petroleum Company Assembly Plat II was approved by <br />the Planning Commission on July 25, 1978, and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said Assembly Plat II includes the creation of one lot into two <br />existing lots,namely, Permanent Parcel Numbers 231-31-3 and 231-31-2, located <br />on the south side of Lorain Road east of Porter Road, and <br />WHEREAS, said plan has been approved by the City Engineer as being in <br />conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, Tf-EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council, having been advised of the approval of the <br />Planning Commission of the Assembly Plat II of the Ashland Petroleum Company <br />and also having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements <br />of the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, hereby <br />approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this Resolution the City <br />Engineer is Fiereby directed to cause said Subdivision plat to be recorded <br />according to law. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from <br />and a ter t e earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : ? /z / 971 <br />ATTEST: <br />/% 2' e f,,U --T-64- <br />FLORENCE E.
