<br />CITY OF NORTH OLnISTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 78-/a,1, <br />BY: A)IQ <br />al- <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />S.4FETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS TO IMPROVE <br />VENTII,ATION SYSTEM AT TFE POLICE DEPARTIti1ENT <br />FIRING RANGE. <br />WFIEREAS, this Council has determined that the ventilation system at <br />the Police Firing Range is in need of improvement, and <br />4VHEREAS, it is the desire of Council to authorize the Director of Public <br />Safety to advertise for bids for the said improvement. <br />NOW, THFREFOnE, BE IT RESOLVED BY Tf-IE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH 0I24STED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Safety be and he is hereby authorized <br />to advertise for bids for the necessary improvement of the ventilation system <br />at the Police Department Firing Range, all to be in accordance with specifications <br />now on file in his office, and the Nlayor is authorized to enter into a contract <br />and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, upon approval of the <br />Board of Control. <br />SECTION 2: This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : .3,. lf 7 t <br />ATTEST: <br />Azv- <br />e Gl9'• ? • <br />FLORENCE E.
