WILAMOSKY <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />50,000 GALLONS OF SODIUM ALUMINATE FOR USE <br />BY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: <br />and he is hereby aut o ized <br />of Sodium Aluminate for use <br />the specifications now on f <br />by the Board of Control the <br />a contract and execute same <br />That the Director of Public Service be <br />to advertise for bids for 50,000 gallons <br />by the Service Department, according to <br />ile in his office, and that upon approval <br />Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into <br />on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect, <br />and be in force from an after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />SECTION 3: That this resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation <br />of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the reason that <br />the present contract expires in September, 1978, and further provided <br />it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected <br />to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: Juiy 18, 1978 <br />Attest: <br />Nora T.
