i , <br />? <br />?• <br />.... ..,.,-..:,w? {r.,..,.?.,.>.,._..... . ...... .... . . . ....,, ....... ..__,... ... .... .,...,?..?..?-..«..+.-?.-.«_,.?...,.,,...._ <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 78-ZOj <br />BY: <br />l <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE M-1ENDMENT OF <br />THE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />WHICH ZONE MAP IS PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE <br />PREE[v1ISES HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FRODR LIMITED <br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO B RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br />Wf-EREAS, it appears that the zoning that applies to the below described <br />real property is improper under the conditions presently existing and inadequate <br />for the development and use of this land, and <br />WHERFAS, after a careful consideration, the Planning Commission of this <br />City, on the llth day of July, 1978, recommended approval of the change of the <br />district herein specified: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUN1'Y OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That after submission of this Ordinance to the Planning <br />Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, and after a Public <br />Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given pursuant to Section 14 of <br />Article IV of the Charter of this City, entitled "The Council - Enactment of <br />Zoning Ordinances and Regulations, Notice", and after its passage pursuant to <br />the Charter of this City and its approval by the D9ayor of this City of North <br />Olmsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted, is hereby amended, and as amended be <br />and the same is hereby revised by changing the zoning of the following described <br />parcels of land from Limited Industrial District to B Residence District: <br />BLOCK "C" <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio and being part of Original Olmsted Township Lot <br />No. 2, Tract 6 and being all of Block "C" in Timber Trail <br />Subdivision as shown on plat recorded in Volume 222, Page 31, <br />32, and 33, of Cuyahoga County N1ap Records and being bounded <br />and described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly line of said <br />Block "C" with the Southerly line of Bradley Road (60 feet <br />wide) ; <br />Thence, North 37° 59' 46" East along the Southerly line of <br />Bradley Road 110.00 feet; <br />Thence, 46.97 feet along the arc of a circle deflecting to <br />the right having a chord of 42.24 feet bearing North 830 15' <br />11" East and having a radius of 29.73 feet to a point of <br />tangency; <br />Thence, South 510 29' 24" East along the Westerly line of Wild <br />Oak Drive (60 feet wide) 69.73 feet to a point of curvature; <br />T'hence, 104.33 feet along the arc of a circle deflecting to the <br />left with a chord of 104.23 feet bearing South 55° 48' 22" East <br />and having a radius of 692.49 feet to a point of reverse curvature;
