0? <br />? <br />? <br />GITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 78-95 <br />BY : '(1. ./ <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR <br />OF PUBLIC SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS <br />FOR THE REPAIR OF THE ROOF OF THE <br />RECREATION CENTER COMPLEX, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the roof on the Recreation Center Complex is <br />in a state of disrepair, and <br />WHEREAS) it is immediately necessary to take corrective <br />measures to protect the structural integrity of the aforementioned <br />building. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Safety be and he <br />is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the repair of the <br />roof of the Recreation Center Complex in accordance with specifi- <br />cations now on file in his office. <br />SECTION 2: That upon approval by the Board of Control, the <br />Mayor is aut orized to enter into a contract and execute same on <br />behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it <br />is immediately necessary to protect the structural integrity of the <br />aforementioned building, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />PAS S E D: <br />ATTEST: <br />NORA T.
