BOEHMER <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR SEVEN (7) NEW <br />AUTOMOBILES AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT <br />FOR SAME. <br />? <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby authorized <br />to advertise for bids for seven (7) new automobiles, one of which is to be used <br />by the Waste Water Treatment Division, the funds for which will be paid out of the <br />Sewer Revenue Fund. Said automobiles shall conform to the specifications now on <br />file in the office of the Director of Public Service, and upon the approval by <br />the 6oard of Control the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and <br />execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />NORA T.
