<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 78-?? <br />BY : <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CONTROL <br />MAP AND FILE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />TO PROVIDE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TWO <br />STOP SIGNS ON EDGEPARK DRIVE WHERE THE <br />SAME INTERSECTS WITH WOODPARK DRIVE. <br />..,?;,. <br />? <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to have two stop <br />signs installed on Edgepark Drive where the same intersects with <br />Woodpark Drive ther•zby controlling traffic traveling on Edgepark <br />Drive in an easterly and westerly direction by installing a stop <br />sign on the northeast corner of Edgepark Drive where the same <br />intersects with Woodpark Drive, and also installing a stop sign <br />on the south side of Edgepark Drive at the intersection of Woodnark <br />Drive. <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 305 of the Traffic Code provides for the <br />maintenance of the traffic control map, which said map can be <br />amended only by ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Police Department be and the same is <br />hereby au- tTorize? and directed to amend the traffic control map and <br />file of the City of North Olmsted to indicate thereon the installa- <br />tion of two stop signs installed on Edgepark Drive where the same <br />intersects with Zvoodpark Drive thereby controlling traffic traveling <br />on Edgepark Drive in an easterly and westerly direction by installing <br />a stop sign on the northeast corner of Edgepark Drive where the same <br />intersects with Woodpark Drive, and also the installation of a stop <br />sign on the south side of Edgepark Drive at the intersection of Woodpark Drive. <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor and he is hereby directed to cause <br />said stop signs to be installed in accordance with the nrovisions <br />of this Ordinance.
