WILAMOSKY <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR <br />OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS <br />FOR LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERING THE <br />OFFICIALS, MEMBERS OF COUNCIL, EMPLOYEES <br />AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for insurance <br />coverage respecting the liability of all officials, members of <br />Council, employees and members of the Boards and Commissions of <br />the City of North Olmsted, according to specifications now on <br />file in his office, and that upon the approval by the Board of <br />Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a con- <br />tract and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preser- <br />vation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that the existing insurance coverage expires on <br />July l, 1978, and further provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
