<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 78 - 55 <br />BY: Mrs. Sarin er <br />>?. <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />THE MAYOR TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR APPROVAL TO USE CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />MOTOR VEHICLE $5.00 LICENSE TAX FUNDS <br />FOR PARTICIPATION WITH THE COUNTY IN <br />THE IMPROVEMENT OF MACKENZIE ROAD, <br />AS AMENDED. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized <br />and directed to make application to the Cuyahoga County Board of <br />Commissioners for approval to use Cuyahoga County Motor Vehicle <br />$5.00 License Tax Funds for participation with the County in the <br />improvement of Mackenzie Road by applying an overlay of asphalt <br />concrete from North Olmsted South City Line to Lorain Road, under <br />the supervision of the County of Cuyahoga and/or the State of Ohio <br />Department of Transportation. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br />directed to transmit copies of the application, together with a <br />certified copy of this Resolution to the Cuyahoga County Board of <br />Commissioners and to the Cuyahoga County Engineer. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: ? <br />/ <br />? <br />ORA T.
