SHARPE <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF <br />THE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />WHICH ZONE MAP IS PART OF THE ZONING CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLb7STED, BY CHANGING ' <br />THE PREMISES HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM <br />B SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO <br />GENERAL RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the zoning that applies to the <br />below described real property is improper under the conditions <br />presently existing and inadeauate for the development and use <br />of this land, and <br />WHEREAS, after careful consideration, the Planning Commission <br />of this City, on the 28th day of March, 1978, recommended approval <br />of the change of the district herein specified. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: That after submission of this Ordinance to the <br />Planning Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, <br />and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given <br />pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of this City, <br />entitled "The Council - Enactment of Zoning Ordinances and Regulations <br />Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter of this City <br />and its approval by the Mayor of this City of North 0lmsted, the <br />Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended, and as amended be and <br />the same is hereby revised by changing the zoning of the following <br />described parcel of land from B Single Family Residence District to <br />General Retail Business District: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part <br />of original Olmsted Township Lot No. 21 and bounded <br />and described as follows: <br />Commencing on the Southerly line of Lorain Road <br />80.00 feet wide, at its intersection with the most <br />Easterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Laverne <br />A. and L. J. Londrico by deed as recorded in <br />Volume 13168, Page 999 of Cuyahoga County Deed <br />Records; thence South 00 40' 55" East along said <br />Easterly line of the Laverne A. and L. J. Londrico <br />parcel a distance of 186.59 feet to the principal <br />place of beginning; thence North 890 43' 10" East <br />a distance of 119.03 feet to a point; thence South <br />01 16' 50" East a distance of 57.29 feet to a point; <br />thence due West a distance of 142.12 feet to a point; <br />thence due North a distance of 56.59 feet to a point; <br />thence North 890 43' 10" East a distance of 22.81 <br />feet to the principal place of beginning, be the same <br />more or less but subject to all legal highways.
