<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 78-" <br />BY: MRS. SHARPE <br />-Oft. <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDTNG PURPOSES <br />ONLY, THE VIENNA WOODS SUBDIVISION N0. lA IN <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the Vienna Woods Subdivision No. lA was approved <br />by the Planning Commission on March 14, 1978, and referred to <br />Council, and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision consists of one existing lot being <br />made into two new Iots on the east side of Walter Road between <br />Lorain and Gessner Roads, namely, Permanent Parcel Number 231-27-3, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said plan has been approved by the City Engineer <br />as being in conformance with Resolutions and Ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council, having been advised of the <br />approval o the Planning Commission of the plat of the Vienna Woods <br />Subdivision No. lA and also having been advised by the City Engineer <br />that it meets the requirements of the Resolutions and Ordinances for <br />the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, hereby approves said plat for record- <br />ing purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this Resolution, the <br />City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said Subdivision Plat to <br />be recorded according to law. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force from an after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : ' 11, <br />ATTEST: <br />"'.? <br />°?., <br />NORA T.
