AW„ <br />?. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 78- a ? <br />BY : it-,, ?( ..? <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 741.03 <br />ENTITLED "PROHIBITIONS" OF CHAPTER 743 <br />ENTITLED "REGULATION OF HOURS OF DELIVERIES <br />TO COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS" OF PART 7 OF <br />THE BUSINESS REGULATION CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, this Council deems it advisable to amend <br />Section 74:1.03 by restricting the hours to a greater extent than <br />is presently established by the adoption of Ordinance 75-216. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCTL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Section 74T.03 entitled "Prohibitions" <br />of Chapter 74:1 entitled "Regulation of hours of deliveries to <br />commercial establishments which now reads: <br />"No person shall deliver or cause to be delivered, <br />or accept delivery of any goods or merchandise to <br />or at a commercial establishment within two hundred <br />fifty (250) feet of a residential building between <br />the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 A.M.", <br />and the same is hereby amended and as amended shall read as <br />follows: <br />"No person shall deliver or cause to be delivered, <br />or accept delivery of any goods or merchandise to <br />or at a commercial establishment within two hundred <br />fifty (250) feet of a residential building between <br />the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M." <br />SECTION 2: That Section 741.03 previously adopted by <br />this Council on the 18th day of November, 1975, is hereby repealed <br />and any Ordinance or Resolution or parts of Ordinances or <br />Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby re- <br />pealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be <br />in force from an?c after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: z
