WILAMOSKY <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BTDS <br />FOR A GORATOR USED IN THE SEWAGE TREAT- <br />PdENT PLANT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br />CONTRACT FOR SAME,AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and <br />he is hereby aut orized to advertise for bids for a Gorator <br />in accordance with specifications now on file in his office, <br />and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is <br />hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute the <br />same on behalf of the City of North 0lmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency Resolution necessary for the immediate preserva- <br />tion of the public health and safety, and for the further reason <br />that the aforesaid equipment is needed to replace the existing <br />worn out equipment, and further provided it receives the affirma- <br />tive vote of two thirds of all members elected to Council, it <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />., <br />; <br />. <br />e mpert, NrXside?nt <br />f o cil <br />APPROVED : <br />? <br />Ro ert W.
