RESOLUTIONd TJO. `.~0 <br />BY: ~ RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CITY <br />AUDITOR TO FURNISH A CERTIFICATE OF <br />THE ESTIMATED LIFE OR USEFULNESS OF <br />THE T1~IPROVE~TENT OF ALEXANDER ROAD <br />FROM END OF EXISTING i~.IAIN TO EASTERLY <br />CITY LINE, BY COTdSTRUCTING THEREIN A <br />i~ATER T~IAIN <br />i~hereas, this Council contemplates issuing X7,000.00 <br />of bonds for the purpose of improving Alexander Road from end <br />of existing main to easterly City line, by constructing therein <br />a water main, in accordance with the plans and specifications <br />on file in the office of the City Auditor, and <br />~~Thereas, Sections 2293-2 and 2293- <br />Code require the fiscal officer of the City <br />Council his estimated life of the property, <br />ment proposed to be acquired or constructed <br />of such bonds calculated in accordance with <br />Section 2293-g, and <br />LO of the General <br />to certify to this <br />assets or improve- <br />from the proceeds <br />the provisions of <br />`~~hereas, the City Auditor is the fiscal officer of <br />this City, as defined by Section 2293-1 of the General Code. <br />NOS, `PHEREFORE, the Auditor of this City is hereby re- <br />quested to certify to this Council his conclusions as to the <br />estimated life of such improvement and the maximum maturity of <br />such bonds. <br />PASSED: April ~ , 1953 <br />ATTEST: <br />E.
