RESOLUTION NO . l ~ ~`' b <br />BY: ~ %~, RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CITY AUDITOR <br />TO r'URNISH A CERTIFICATE OF THE ESTIMATED <br />LIFE OR USEFULNESS OF THE IT~IPROVEI~NT OF <br />CANTERBURY ROAD, FROM LORAIN ROAD <br />NORTH ,TO THE NORTHERLY LINE OF THE COE <br />RIDGE INVESTS1IENT CO. 24l~9.0 5 FEET FROM <br />LORAIN, BY CONSTRUCTING THEREIN A WATER <br />T~~A IN . <br />Whereas, this Council contemplates issuing 2t~,300.00 of <br />bonds for the purpose of improving Canterbury Road, from Lorain Road - <br />north, to the northerly line of the Coe Ridge Investment Co. 2449.05 <br />feet from Lorain, by constructing therein a water main in accordance <br />with the plans and specifications on file in the office of the <br />Director of Public Service, and <br />i~hereas, Sections 2293-2 and 2293-10 of the General Code <br />require the fiscal officer of the City to certify to this Council <br />his estimated life of the property, assets or improvement proposed <br />to be acquired or constructed from the proceeds of such bonds cal- <br />culated in accordance with the provisions of Section 2293-9, and <br />vdhereas, the City Auditor is the fiscal officer of this <br />City, as defined by Section 2293-1 of the General Code. <br />Now, therefore, the Auditor of this City is hereby requested <br />to certify to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated life <br />of such improvement and the maximum maturity of such bonds. <br />PASSED <br />ATTEST: <br />,,~. <br />~••---' <br />E. ~+I. hr tman, ~ of - ouncil <br />APF'ROU"ED <br />larence viat ?
