AUDITCIR TO FURN'1SH A <br />CERTIFICATE OF THE ESTI~SATED <br />LIFE DR USEFTJ'LI~ESS OF THE <br />IMPROVEME~~ aF WADTBR ROAD <br />FROM MAPLE 8I'Df~ R~O~ T4 A <br />POINT ~6 F"~T ~aR OIL <br />~+IAPLE RIDGE ~tUAD , BY' ~- <br />5TRUCTING THEREIN A WATER <br />MAIN. <br />Whereas, this Council contemplates issuing X3,350.00 <br />of bonds of the purpose of improving Walter Road from Maple <br />Ridge Road to a point ~6 feet Forth of Maple Ridge Road, <br />by constructing therein a water main, in accordance xith the <br />plans and specifications on file in the office of the City <br />Auditor, and <br />Whereas Sections 2293-2 and 2293-10 of the General <br />Code require the .~iscal officer of the City to certify to this <br />Council his estirr~ated life of the property, asserts or improve- <br />ment proposed to be acquired or constructed from the proceeds of <br />such bonds calculated in accordance with the provisions of <br />Section 2293-9, and <br />Whereas, the City Auditor is the fiscal officer of <br />this City, as defined by Section 2293-1 of the General Code, <br />Now, Therefore, the Auditor of this City is hereby <br />requested to certify to this Council his conclusions as to the <br />estimated life of such improvement and the maximum maturity of <br />such bonds. <br />PASSED: February 19, 1952 <br />~s <br />ATTEST: <br />rig , c <br />,. <br />. of <br />oun <br />APPROVED: <br />arence At , apor <br /> <br />
