Silverdale Rc-., from the north <br />line of Sublot No. 29 to the end of the street, by the construction <br />of a caster main, in accordance with the plans and specifications <br />on file in the office of the Village Clerk, and <br />~HE~AS, Sections 2293-2 aIId 2293-10 of the General Code <br />require the- fiscal officer of the Village to certify to this Council <br />his estimated life of the property, asset or improvement proposed to <br />be acquired or constructed from the proceeds of said bonds, and also <br />to certify to this Council the maximum maturity of such bonds, <br />calculated in accordance with the provisions of Section 2293-9, and <br />~HFREAS, the Village Clerk is the fiscal officer of this <br />Village, as defined by Section 2293-1 of the General Code. <br />NOS, T~iS~'ORE, the Clerk of this Pillage is hereby <br />requested to certify to this Council his conclusions as to the <br />estimated life of such improverrs+nt and the maziffium maturity of such <br />bonds. <br />PASSED: April 3, 1951. <br />ATTEST <br />~. 1~.
