Resolution No. 1663 <br />By Mr. Kramer <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE APPOINTTdIII~TT OF JOHN J. DOUGLAS AS A REGULAR <br />BUS DRIVER AS OF AUGUST 15, 1950. <br />~iEREAS the Mayor has appointed John J. Douglas <br />as a regular bus driver as of August 15, 1950, and <br />V~fiEREAS this Council desires to approve sai3 <br />appointment; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the appointment of John J. Douglas <br />as a regular bus driver as of August 15, 1950, be and the <br />same is hereby approved. <br />Section 2. The term of said John J. Douglas as <br />a regular bus driver shall begin on the date of his appoint- <br />ment by the Mayor and continue during the pleasure of the <br />Mayor and Council. <br />Section 3. The compensation of saic'r John e?. <br />Douglas shall be that compensation fiaec~. in the Salar~,r <br />Ordinance for regular bus driver. <br />Section. 4. This resolution shall take effect and <br />be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by <br />1 aw . <br />Passed: August 15,-1950. <br />
